VON Transportation

A transportation driver supports seniors 65+ and adults with a physical disability to doctors appointments, shopping, etc. who are unable to access regular transportation. This is offered to all who live in Wellington County. Drives are scheduled five days a week, regular business hours. Volunteers are welcome to volunteer as much time as they wish and as it fits with their availability. This position requires volunteers to use their own vehicle. Reimbursement for mileage is provided. VON requires a police and vulnerable sector check.
