Recreation Services
Wellington North is home to the Arthur & Area Community Centre and the Mount Forest & District Sports Complex. Both communities have excellent curling clubs, large outdoor swimming pool facilities, lawn bowling clubs, snowmobile clubs, baseball diamonds, soccer pitches and children’s playgrounds. These facilities are supported by vibrant minor hockey, minor ball, minor lacrosse and soccer associations as well as community service groups that organize youth athletic activities all year long. Wellington North is also fortunate to have a number of public parks and walking trails that you can hike, bike or cross-country ski.
