Culvert Replacement, Wells Street East, Arthur NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION AND ROAD CLOSURE March 10, 2025
The Township of Wellington North wishes to advise you of the replacement of the culvert (structure) crossing Wells Street East (approximately 115 m northeast of Smith Street [Highway 6]), in Arthur (refer to key plan, below). The project also includes new storm sewer and structures, watermain, roadway and concrete curb and gutter. Construction will be commencing the week of June 16th and will continue through to the end of August 2025. Wells Street East, in the immediate area of the structure location, will be closed to through traffic during construction. Local and emergency access will be maintained up to the limits of construction, with interruption at various times during the construction period.
